After almost 20 years in the agency setting, it's amazing how much emphasis has traditionally be placed on roles and titles. And, to that end, I've often heard agencies confess that neither roles nor titles are important to them. But, in practice, many of them still place tremendous responsibilities to create on those who own that title. Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, etc... have traditionally carried the creative torch. But great design comes in many forms and from many people. Studio 7.5 is a great example of just that.
